Come cleanse and rejuvenate your body with the natural salts of the sea! This seven day retreat will detoxify your body and facilitate healing of all major organs. The unique atmosphere and instruction at Ginger Hill Farm will motivate each individual during their cleansing journey. During our cleanse the daily schedule will nurture the body and soul through meditation, yoga and group encouragement. Each guest will be taught how to maintain optimum health through their methods of food preparation, cooking and eating. Cleansing Programs are always available and must have at least 4 registrants.
