Available Positions: Building and Maintenance
If you are a talented builder and/or handyman interested in joining our community and working in Hawaii, we may just be what you’re searching for. We are recruiting a building and maintenance manager to construct and maintain our facilities, creating a comfortable B&B Hawaii experience for our guests. Experience with all building modalities, especially eco/sustainable ones, is a plus. We value creativity, aesthetic appeal, efficiency of design and durability. We also encourage knowledge of small motors and power tools.
The Work:
You will be responsible for all construction, remodeling, basic carpentry and maintenance on our farm. Projects range from building cabins to servicing lawnmowers. We appreciate ingenuity and attention to detail.
The Deal:
Room and Board (Lunch and some Dinners, Wed-Sun) is provided in exchange for 20 hrs/ wk of work.
Private accommodations sometimes available
Hot showers, full service kitchen, dining area, and Wi-Fi.
We expect all members to contribute in any and all aspects of the farm community as needed.
