Available Positions: Gardeners/Farmers
If you are an experienced farmer/gardener/rancher interested in farming sustainably and living communally in Hawaii, look no further. We are recruiting strong workers experienced in growing food, medicine, or timber. Experience in managerial positions or farming in Hawaii is a plus.
The Work:
You will be responsible for managing our gardens and orchards. Managerial duties include all food and production, including feed for our animals. You will work closely with our kitchen staff and directors to ensure our food security.
The Deal:
Room and Board (Lunch and some Dinners, Wed-Sun) is provided in exchange for 20 hrs/ wk of work.
Private accommodations sometimes available
Hot showers, full service kitchen, dining area, and Wi-Fi.
We expect all members to contribute in any and all aspects of the farm community as needed.
